Make Saved Queries Runnable

My saved queries are easily shareable but I want to be able to run them right in the environment I'm working in.

- I imagine it should run the same way it does when I click a table. It's an easy way for me to jump start my work so I can iterate on a previous query.
- It would be cool to make a quick duplicate of a saved query or use my saved query as a starting point for me to work off of, and then save that as a new one. Sort of like "Save As" in a document editor.
- Right now the only way for me to run the saved query is to click the link that is generated, but I can't do anything with it other than browse the results. AKA I can't edit.
